The Herrison Hall Ballroom has many facilities available to clients and it is essential that these are booked well before the event date to ensure they are installed, set up and tested.

    It is the responsibility of the client to attend the hall on a convenient date to set up the lighting if any particular design is required. Extra lighting can be hired given reasonable notice.

      A guitar can be connected into the sound system from either end of the hall to the sound desk.

The sound & lighting desks can be run from the rear of the hall or backstage. The projector & screen, as well as the lap top and Broadband connection, can also be used in both Toad Hall and The Watts Room. DVDs can be shown using the laptop.
